Will Rene Poem on The Wall!

Friday 2nd July

Over the last few days our friend Charlotte has been in the shop helping to paint a poem by Will Rene on the wall.

To start, I measured the size of the space, and printed the poem onto paper, which I aligned and taped together.


Using Graphite Transfer Paper, Charlotte then traced over the text....this involved loads of coffee.



Then came the painting, I definitely wouldn't have the patience to spend two days doing this!

Charlotte is working on a series of images that will soon me up for grabs in-store, we're hoping to make some screen prints too!
